This work, Vermeer’s portrait of a girl gazing over her shoulder, counts among history’s most loved art masterpieces. Six works by Rembrandt will also be displayed alongside Vermeer, including the important work of his later years, Self-Portrait. Also featured—masterpieces by Frans Hals, Van Dyke, Rubens, Jan Brueghel the Elder, and other great masters of 17th century Dutch and Flemish art.
