New-wave Artists 2013―From the Public Entry Exhibition

A group exhibition to feature six excellent up-and-coming artists, chosen from among artists who appeared in the “Best Selection Art 2012” exhibition in May 2012.
Placing its focus on six artists of strong potential, belonging to art groups, the exhibition will feature their wide-ranging artworks in consecutive solo exhibitions. The featured artists were selected in judging by the Public Entry Exhibition Revitalization Planning Examination Board from artists appearing in the “Best Selection 2012” in May 2012.
In their pursuit of new directions in art, these artists all work in the context of an art group and submit work regularly in group exhibitions. Otherwise, their expressive methods and techniques, as well as their chosen themes and motifs, are all different. The exhibition will consist of 50 works, many of them new, that the six artists have selected especially for the museum’s exhibit spaces. The event thus represents a superb opportunity to see the scope of each artist’s work in a space where one can easily absorb oneself in his or her world.
