TOKYO “SHO” 2014: Japanese Calligraphy Today
Collaborative exhibition by 18 groups, based in the Kanto region centering in Tokyo that specializes in sho calligraphy. On view will be more than 80 works of various genres in sho calligraphy, traditional Chinese characters, Kana, tenkoku carved out characters, as well as modern poetic writing, to avant-garde pieces. This is an exhibition to look forward to.
